So yummy!Ingredients:- 1 packet store-bought Hakka Noodles- 1 1/2 tablespoons sesame oil / vegetable oil- 1 cup mushrooms- 1/2 cup cauliflower cut into tiny florets- 1/2 cup green capsicum, thinly sliced- 5-6 garlic cloves, finely chopped- 2 tablespoons Szechuan sauce- 1 tablespoons hot and sour ketchup- 1/2 tablespoon pepper, freshly ground- Salt to tasteMethod:- Cook or boil the Hakka noodles as per instructions given on the packet and keep aside.- To a wok, add sesame oil and saut garlic over medium high heat.- Once fragrant, fry the florets and mushrooms.- Now season with salt and pepper.- Once the vegetables are almost cooked, add both the sauces and mix well.- Saut for another 2-3 minutes and add in the cooked noodles.- Give it a quick mix so that the noodles is nicely coated with all that sauce.- Lastly add the capsicum, cook for a few minutes on medium to high flame.- Your stir-fry noodles are now ready.
