You can thank me later!BAKED AVOCADO EGGPrep Time: 10 minutes | Cook Time: 15 minutes | Serves: 2You Need: 2 eggs, medium 1 avocado, halved and pitted 2 slices cooked bacon, crumbled (optional) 2 tsp chopped fresh chives, or to taste 1 pinch dried parsley, or to taste 1 pinch sea salt and ground black pepper to tasteMethodStep 1: Preheat oven to 220 degrees C.Step 2: Arrange avocado halves in a baking dish, resting them along the edges so avocado won't tip over. Gently crack one egg into one half of the avocado, and be careful not to get any egg shells into it. Repeat with the second egg and other half of the avocado.
