On September 13, 2025, Chhalaang 4.0, organised by MetaMorph and hosted at BHIVE, Bengaluru, will bring together women technologists from across India for an extraordinary day of innovation, collaboration, and inspiration. This fourth edition of Chhalaang: The Leap Forward promises to be bigger, bolder, and better. Her Circle is proud to come on board as the Digital Media Partner, amplifying the voices and stories of women who are reshaping the future of technology.
A Platform Born Out of Urgency
Chhalaang was born inside MetaMorph, an HR advisory firm incubated by Blume Ventures, with a clear and pressing purpose: to make the tech ecosystem more inclusive, equitable, and representative.

‘With Chhalaang, our intent has always been simple yet bold with the aim to create a space where women in tech can be smart, ambitious, and unapologetically themselves. What began as a platform to celebrate talent is now a movement to shape the leaders of tomorrow,’ says Swati Gupta, Associate Partner, MetaMorph.
MetaMorph, founded by Sanam Rawal, has long been committed to helping startups and growth-stage companies build future-ready organisations. Early on, the team recognised the systemic challenges women face in STEM, from career breaks to unconscious bias, and envisioned Chhalaang as a stage where women technologists could not just participate, but lead and change the narrative.
Why Chhalaang Matters
Women make up 36 per cent of India’s technology workforce, yet only seven per cent reach executive roles. Chhalaang exists to bridge this gap. Over its first three editions- in Mumbai, Gurgaon, and Bengaluru- the platform has evolved from a celebration of talent into a movement of possibility and progress.

‘Each edition is a reminder that innovation is richer when it is diverse, and leadership is stronger when it is inclusive,’ adds Rawal.
What to Expect at Chhalaang 4.0
This year, 400+ participants will come together to solve real-world challenges, build prototypes, and pitch groundbreaking ideas to industry leaders.
The event is supported by leading companies, including brand sponsor Sprinto, co-sponsor Acko, Tricog, as well as Porter, with Base stepping in as the Prize Sponsors. BHIVE, Logitech, Intrcity, Wendy’s, and Pressman join as event partners, ensuring that this edition is the most dynamic one yet.
To add to the experience, a vibrant lineup of goodie partners will be on ground, from Swizzle (Beverage) and Kilrr (Spices) to Plush (Hygiene), Sirona (Wellness), Purplle (Glam), Bliss Club (Movewear), Frido (Comfort), Ultra Human (Health), Plix (Self-Care), and Soch Foods (Munching).
The Bigger Picture
As India cements its role as a global technology hub, Chhalaang stands as a reminder that true progress isn’t just about innovation but also about who gets to innovate. By placing women technologists at the forefront, it is rewriting what leadership in tech can look like.

On September 13 at BHIVE, Bengaluru, Chhalaang 4.0 will once again open its doors to ambitious, bold, and unstoppable women in technology. This year, the leap forward is set to be bigger, stronger, more inclusive, and more urgent than ever.
