Use cleansers as body wash

Bought a face wash that leaves your skin feeling dry and stripped of its natural oils? Use it as a body wash!

Use harsh toners on your armpits

Exfoliating toners (AHA and BHA-spiked ones) can be used on your pits daily to prevent odour and ingrown hair. They balance out the skin’s pH level and make the area less hospitable to bacteria. If you have a toner that has a relaxing scent to it, use it as a relaxing pillow mist.

Use face moisturisers and oils all over your body

Moisturiser making you break out? Use that stuff on your body or as a hand cream. Face oils work wonderfully as cuticle oils and in a pinch, can be used to tame frizziness, flyaways and fix dry ends of your hair.

Use cleansing balms or oils as shaving cream

Apply cleansing oil or balm on your skin and shave. Then use some warm water to emulsify it and you’ll have moisturised, shaved legs! Alternatively, you can also use these to remove waterproof make-up stains from your brushes and tools.
