Vishakha Zaveri, a law practitioner in Bombay HC, is a successful entrepreneur and the owner of The Himalayan Café, a quaint multi-cuisine café located at an elevation of 12,500 ft in Kaza, Spiti. In 2015, the beautiful mountains of Spiti valley made her curious to take an unexpected path in her career and encouraged her to find a second home in the heart of Spiti. From struggling to set up a five seater café at a right spot in Kaza Market to expanding it to a 60 seater, one-stop tourist destination, she has faced multiple challenges in the realms of Finance, Labour, Logisitics, Food Supply and Marketing.
