The Pink Rosette was found by Shruti Jain Arya in 2018 in her quest for the perfect chocolate cake. What started in the confines of her home has now grown to become Mumbai's premium patisserie, confectionery and bakery.
From a small home kitchen to an outlet in Bandra and a flagship cafe and patisserie in Fort, Arya has come a long way in her entrepreneurial journey in a short duration of two years. Talking about challenges along the way, Arya shares that the toughest challenge she faced was moving from a home model to a commercial model during the pandemic, “We took the commercial plunge with zero experience and zero backing in the F&B field. What I realised is that the scale of the business had to be changed. I wouldn’t say that the scale of the nosiness went down or up but it just had to be changed and adapted.”
